The Skills Cluster for Agile Learning in Economics and Social Sciences will host Fathallah Oualalou, Economist and former Minister of Finance, for the presentation of his memoir “زمن مغربي” (A Moroccan Time) on Tuesday, September 9th at 5:30 p.m. 
Mr Oualalou will revisit a pivotal era of Morocco, shaped by global and regional dynamics. Through his own lens, he will offer a deep reflection on how the country positioned itself on the international stage.
