Undergraduate Program in Public Law
The undergraduate program in Public Law provides a comprehensive education based on core subjects that form the foundation of public law. These include constitutional law, administrative law, administrative litigation, public finance and public procurement practice, public liberties, and fundamental rights. Additionally, other essential subjects such as civil law, the legal and institutional environment of businesses, environmental law and policies, the legal implications of digital transformation, the functioning of public institutions, legal systems and theories, and an introduction to Common Law, offer students new perspectives.
The establishment of two legal practice laboratories, focusing on both public and private law, aims to strengthen students’ analytical, reasoning, argumentative, and legal writing skills to ensure that future graduates are ready to enter the job market immediately after completing their undergraduate studies.
