The goal of the Summer School in Quantitative Economics - 3EQ - is to strengthen the foundations of economic science fundamentals. The program offers participants the opportunity to prepare for admission to the Quantitative Economics Master’s program offered at FGSES or any other Master’s program in Economics, whether in Morocco, Africa, or an international university. It also allows candidates wishing to join the Ph.D. program in economics at FGSES or elsewhere to consolidate their knowledge.

The Summer School in Quantitative Economics, offered in French and unique in Morocco, covers five fundamental disciplines in economics: Advanced Statistics for Economists, Mathematics and Optimization for Economists, Econometrics, Microeconomics, and Macroeconomics.

Program Structure

The program consists of 5 modules of 24 hours each (120 hours in total). Each module is evaluated by an exam. Students receive a transcript at the end of the Summer School in Quantitative Economics:

• Module 4: Macroeconomics
• Module 5: Microeconomics
