Youssef Errami is a Professor of Practice at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University.

He was Director of the Institute of Government & Public Policy at the University of East London (UK) and General Director and Dean of ESC Pau Business School (France). He is a Research Associate at the University of East London and an Honorary Senior Research Associate at the University of Delhi (India).

His research focuses on managerial innovation and leadership in public and private contexts, as well as public policy management. He is the author of numerous publications in research journals, including Recherches en Sciences de Gestion, Revue Française de Gestion, Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, Gestion 2000, Gestion et Management Public, revue Management International, Journal of Business Strategy, Journal of Economic Integration, Applied Economics, International Economics and Energy Economics. His latest book, published in October 2025, is entitled ‘A Nation in Motion: The Organisational Structure of the Green March’.

Professor Errami pursued his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour (2001), specialising in management and international economics. In 2007, at the same university, he defended his doctorate on performance management and corporate environments. He also holds a Master Certificate in Project Leadership from Cornell University (2019).
