The Global Affairs Master’s Program opens a wide range of career opportunities at both the national and international levels, which is especially valuable in today’s increasingly competitive job market. Graduates of this program are well-equipped to take on diverse roles, including researchers, senior leaders in international, intergovernmental, and non-governmental organizations, and professionals in the private sector. The program also prepares graduates to pursue careers as senior diplomats and policymakers. For those who successfully complete the MA program and wish to continue their academic journey, the program provides an ideal pathway to the Faculty’s PhD program in Political Science and Global Studies.  According to a survey conducted by FGSES on the status of alumni who graduated between 2020 and 2023, 63% of the graduates are employed in Morocco and abroad, while 33% are pursuing further studies or conducting research in PhD, master’s, or other academic programs. Of those graduated, 60% secured a job within six months of graduation, and more than 7% found employment before completing their studies. The average time to secure employment is 2.7 months. The majority of employed graduates (approximately 67%) are on fixed-term contracts, while about 27% hold open-ended contracts. Around 87% of employed graduates work in Morocco, with the remainder employed overseas. Graduates are employed across both the private sector (55%) and the public sector (45%).
